This program was developed to assist businesses with attendance. When an employee has no tardiness for an entire month. The employee will have the opportunity to scratch off a spot on the multi-win $100 game board. This game board has an average payout of $25 per spot. Providing an average payout per employee of .14¢ per hour if he/she has had no tardiness for the month. (based on an employee working 180 hrs per month)
