Team Game

Here is how the “Team Game” works…

Step 1) You divide your staff into teams.

(We recommend that every team has a captain)

Step 2) Set an Objective

(Top performing team per shift, per week, etc…)

Step 3) Once your objective has been met, you allow the winning team to sign their team name on 1 of the 50 spots on the Game Board.

Step 4) The team will then have the opportunity to scratch off their spot, and reveal the number of points they have won. 

Step 5) You continue steps 3 & 4 until all 50 spots have been scratched.        

Step 6) Once all 50 spots have been scratched, management will then scratch off the 3 Gold Spots located next to the word Bonus Points. Under each of the Gold Spots will be a number 1-50. Whichever team has their name on that number will win the additional Bonus Points.

Step 7) The team with the most points will win the grand prize determined by you. (We recommend you award all teams with a prize, on a sliding scale) 

Breakdown of Points

5 - 5 pts + Scratch again

5 - 5 pts

10 - 10 pts

20 - 25 pts

10 - 50 pts
